Here at the VEC we have had a fantastic and busy 2016 and would like to thank everyone who has helped and collaborated with us along the way.

The Launch of LCR4

As lead partners, the VEC launched the LCR4 Project alongside LJMU, Hartree Centre, Sensor City and the Liverpool LEP. The partly ERDF funded project aims to bring together world-class and practical support to transform Liverpool City Region businesses and SME’s within the manufacturing space through digital innovation.

By exploring the challenges and opportunities of Industry 4.0 together, LCR 4.0 helps SMEs to increase productivity and de-risk innovation.
